Retailers designate labor relations bill a "key vote" The National Retail Federation issued a letter Tuesday warning members of Congress that they are keeping a close eye on how they vote on a bill concerning President Barack Obama's appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. NRF said the House bill, titled the Preventing Greater Uncertainty in Labor-Management Relations Act, would prohibit NLRB from further decision-making responsibilities and prevent the board from enforcing any board decision or action made after Obama's January 2012 recess appointments.
